The headline for a dog owner is a sentence from their own pages: they do not have weight limits. If you have a big dog you have read enough listings to know how unusual that is.

The catch is the breed list, and they publish it rather than telling you at the viewing. Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, pit bull breeds, Caucasian Ovcharka, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Presa Canario, Bullmastiff, Akita, Tosa, wolf hybrid and Alaskan Malamute, purebred or mixed. They also reserve the right to refuse any dog on temperament, and the list can change.

Money: two pets per home, a one-time non-refundable fee of $500 for the first and $250 for the second, and $20 a month for one pet or $30 for two. The $500 covers a DNA kit for the dog.

One thing we could not confirm: their own amenity list and site plan show no dog park and no dog wash on the property. A dog run appears only on their management company's template pages, which carry a note that not every community has every amenity. Ask the office.
