Boca Vue is a 354-apartment community the Richman Group opened around 2022 on part of the former Boca Dunes golf course in West Boca, off Lyons Road and SW 8th Street. Studios to three bedrooms, some with attached or detached garages, behind a controlled-access entry. Managed by Richman Property Services.

The headline is weight: their pet policy takes dogs up to 80 pounds each and cats up to 25. Inside the community there is a fenced and lighted pet park and a walking path around a large lake.

The breeds they exclude, from the same policy: Pit Bull, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita and wolf hybrids, and any mix with one of them.

Money: a one-time pet fee of $500 for one pet or $900 for two, and $25 a month in pet rent. The policy does not say whether the rent is per pet, and it does not state a maximum number of pets; the fee table stops at two.
