Palmetto Promenade sits on East Palmetto Park Road with ground-floor retail underneath, a short walk from downtown Boca.
For dogs: their own Bark Park on site and a dog washing station within the community. Their published policy is a limit of two indoor pets per apartment, no exotic animals, and a non-refundable pet fee of $500 for the first. They also point out that Central Animal Hospital is under five minutes away, a detail worth knowing before you need it.
The rest: resort-style pool with cabanas, a summer kitchen with grills and a pizza oven, bike repair shop and interior storage, concierge services and covered garage parking.
