Suriana Boca is on West Yamato Road, managed by Bozzuto. One, two and three-bedroom residences around a courtyard with heavy tropical planting, and natural conservation areas along the boundary, which for a dog means the evening loop is green rather than a lap of the car park.
There is a pet spa on site. Also a pool pavilion with grills and a pizza oven, a fitness studio, controlled building and garage access, EV charging, enclosed bicycle storage, and 24/7 package acceptance.
Sumera Naseer is the assistant property manager and gave us this card. Note the office opens at 11 on Wednesdays and closes at 5 on Fridays: it is not a flat nine-to-six week.
