The headline for a dog owner is on their pet page: no weight restrictions. Cats and dogs are accepted, two per home, and there is a resident dog park inside the gates.
The catch is the breed list, which they publish: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid, mixes included.
Money: a one-time, non-refundable fee of $600 per pet and $25 a month per pet, so two dogs cost $1,200 up front and $50 a month. Their amenity list also mentions pet screening; ask whether it carries a fee of its own.
What we could not confirm: a dog wash or pet spa (none is listed) and whether a deposit comes on top of the fee. Listing sites quote older, lower numbers, so confirm current terms with the leasing office.
