Del Ola is a gated community of 384 apartments and townhomes on North Federal Highway in north Boca Raton, built in 2012 as a mix of five-story elevator buildings, three-story garden buildings and three-story townhouses. Managed by Bozzuto. It used to be called Broadstone North Boca Village, and some old listings still carry that name.
What sets it apart is on their own amenity page: a leash-free bark park with a dog washing station, inside the gates.
Money, from the fee guide Bozzuto publishes for the property: a non-refundable pet fee of $400 and pet rent of $25 a month, plus a required third-party pet registration billed yearly. Listings supplied by the manager allow two pets per home.
What they do not publish is a weight limit or a breed list; the listings say to ask the management office for breed restrictions. Do that before you apply, and confirm current fees with the office.
