The Franklin is a 2013 community of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in three-story buildings on Franklin Club Drive, just off South Federal Highway in Delray Beach, a short drive from the beach. Some homes have attached garages. Managed by Greystar.
Their own site says two pets per apartment and that breed restrictions apply, then tells you to call for details. The list is not published, so ask for it before you fall for a floor plan.
Money, from the manager's fee table: a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 to $750 depending on how many pets you bring, and $25 a month per pet. Some listing sites quote $15 a month for one pet or allow three pets; we went with the community's and the manager's own numbers.
What we could not confirm: a weight limit, and a dog park or dog wash, neither of which is on their amenity list. The nearest public dog park we know of is the county's Lake Ida Dog Park, a few miles away. Confirm current terms with the leasing office.
