Money, from the fee guide Bozzuto publishes for the property: a non-refundable pet fee of $500 and pet rent of $20 a month, plus a required third-party pet registration billed yearly. The guide does not say whether the amounts are per pet.
The limits are thinner. Avalia's own website does not mention pets at all. Listings supplied by the manager say two pets per home and send you to the office for breed restrictions. One listing site adds a 100-pound limit for dogs and a $1,000 fee for two pets; we could not confirm either.
Their amenity list has no dog park or dog wash; it does have a walking trail and landscaped grounds. Get the breed list and weight limit from the office in writing before you apply.
