The Charleston is a gated community of two-, three- and four-bedroom villas and townhome-style homes, many with attached garages, on Lyons Road just north of Glades Road in west Boca Raton. Built in 1998, 188 homes. Managed by Willow Bridge Property Company.
For a dog owner the deciding number is size. Their own pages list a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $600 for a pet under 40 lb and $800 for one over 40 lb, plus $25 a month per pet. Beyond those two tiers they mention no weight limit.
On site there is a recreational dog park, and walking trails around the community lake. No dog wash or pet spa is listed.
What we could not confirm: their FAQ says breed restrictions may apply, but the breed list is not on the site, and neither is the number of pets allowed per home. Ask the leasing office for both in writing before you apply.
