Buying takes an account. Not a form to fill in - we email you a code, you type it, and you're in. It keeps card details off a public page and gives you somewhere to find the gift again if the email goes missing.

Before you buy
Does it expire?
No. Not in a year, not in five - there is no expiry date on it at all, and no fee for leaving it unused. Florida law says a gift certificate bought with money cannot expire, and we would not want it to anyway: a present that quietly dies helps nobody. Once the code is claimed the visits keep just as long, with no dormancy fee and nothing forfeited if the account closes.
What if they lose the email?
Write to us with roughly when it was bought and who from, and we'll find it and send the code again. It's on your account too, so you can look it up yourself at any point.
What if their dog needs something different?
Call us. If you bought walks and they need daycare, we'll move it across - it's the same money either way, and arguing about it would be a strange way to treat a present.
Do they need an account?
Yes, and they'll make one while claiming the code - it takes a couple of minutes. We ask for the dog, an address and a phone number, because a sitter can't turn up at a door we don't have.
Where do you actually go?
Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach. If they're just outside, call us before you buy - we'd rather say so now than after.
Can I pay by phone instead?
Yes. Call the office and we'll take the order and email the code the same way. Some people would rather not type card details into a website they met five minutes ago, and that's fair.
